CYF presents Summer Boredom Busters
Children that have finished 1st through 5th grade during the 23/24 school year are invited to join Redeemer and St. Stephen Lutheran Churches for a summer of fun!

All drop-offs and pick-ups will be at Redeemer: 3770 Bellaire Ave.
June 20, 9:30am-2:15pm | Gibbs Farm Pioneer and Dakota Experience. We will learn about the Dakota people and the early settlers in an immersive tour, and make crafts to take home.
July 3, 10am-2pm | East Cedar Beach Swimming and Hiking. Pack your towels and swimsuits for this relaxing day in nature!
July 11, 9:30am-2pm | Bicycles and Brake Bread Tour. Bring your bikes and helmets! We will be visiting Brake Bread Bakery in St. Paul, a bakery that delivers orders by bike! We will also be riding our bikes to Cup n Cone.
July 25, 9:30am-2pm | Cupcakes Decorating with 350 Degree Bakery. We will learn professional cupcake decorating techniques. Each child will bring home 6 cupcakes.
August 1, 9am-5pm | Valleyfair Day! This date is open to children in 1st grade trhough 12th grade. **Only youth who have finished 5th-12th grade will be allowed to go into Soak City**
August 7, 9:30am-2:15pm | Minnesota History Center and the State Capitol Tour. We will lear all about the state that we call home!
Registration and fees are due two weeks prior to each event.
If you register and pay for all 7 weeks by June 3, you will receive a 10% discount.
All checks should be made to Redeemer Lutheran Church
Financial assistance of 25% off is offered to children who qualify for the FEDERAL free or reduced lunch program (proof of eligibility is required).
A sack lunch and reusable water bottle is required for each student.
Activities are subject to change in inclement weather.
Each child should have sunblock ON. We will supply a snack and additional sunblock during the day as needed.
